Sometimes the subject has the RSID number, sometimes it is just the standard “you need to take action” like the one below.
It appears that when it is sent from Jira automation, it has the subject, if it is sent through Jira BUT says “RWAV Business Support” it has “you need to take action”

Can you provide screen images to help illustrate your problem?
What do you mean exactly by "if it is sent through Jira"?
