not getting issue layout option in project setting for jira software

I am not getting the issue layout option in the project setting.I am using Jira Software version 8.3.3. Is anyone getting the same problem?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Kindly notice that the issue layout option is only available in Jira Cloud (new issue view). Since you are using Jira Server is perfectly normal that you cannot find it.

In that page you can see, on the top left corner, that the documentation is for Cloud and clicking on Server will not display any documentation page:
