Only the issue type icon shows up when I select that column in my filter, instead of the description. This doesn't make for a very screen friendly report.
And no, the answer is NOT just export it.
Surely someone has come across this or fixed it?
There's a minor hack you can make to the velocity templates (or even a properties file) to enable text over icons, but you cannot apply these on Cloud/OnDemand.
I definitely have On Demand, so that doesn't help.
Yes, I know. My original instinctive answer was a simple and accurate "you can't", but I wanted to give a full answer to avoid people replying with "yes you can, oh, um, right OnDemand, no ok, you can't"
