Mention that you’re a new applicant and include a screenshot of the step requesting the code — they can provide the correct code or unlock your registration.

Could you please share the exact location where the application code is requested — for example, on which page or after which step?
Usually, the Atlassian Partner registration doesn’t require a code unless you’re joining an existing partner organization.
If you haven’t received one, it may help to contact Atlassian Partner Support here: https://partners.atlassian.com/contact — they can provide the correct application code or verify your registration path.
