I have noticed that the add attachment button no longer allows the user an option to add, not sure how this happened but its consistent across multiple projects.
I have taken a picture and attempted add to this ticket but again cannot, not sure if not being able to add an attachment is an issue with Atlassian across its suite?
Had to update Chrome, once updated it worked.
