Transition IDS changing while exporting xml format of a workfow and importing the same on JIRA test

Question

Hi Team,

While exporting workflows from Production environment to test environment in JIRA server version 8.5, Transition IDs are being changed.

So the workflows shows a different behavior and we are not able to do the testing,could you please help us on this on a priority basis?

Importing workflows will change ids because the import is not a copy, it's a rebuild (it can't be a copy because the underlying data in the two systems may clash)

There's nothing you can do abou this, orther than stop using the transition ids directly.
