Have you checked your site again to make sure it was not just the maintenance window that occurs daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the time zone of the server of your Atlassian app. This is the case for most users, and it usually is not down for the full duration. So, if you run into this again in the future, I would suggest checking every 30min to see if it is back up.

waiting for the maintenance window to pass and checking the site periodically, but the issue remains unresolved. Our site is still inaccessible, and this is causing a delay in critical organizational tasks.

I checked your site, its suspended due to non payment. As mentioned earlier, reach out to the Atlassian support team here and they will assist you.

I’m part of the same organization and have tried to make the payment multiple times, but I don’t have full permissions.
It’s unreasonable for the site to be suspended like this—it’s affecting our workflow.

@AAlJubair you will need to work with the responsible person. Atlassian will reach out multiple times before suspending an account so they would have already done that. You will need to have the responsible person make the payment. If they are having difficulty making the payment they can contact billing support https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact

There could be 2 reasons why you are seeing this message while accessing your Jira site.
1. Your Jira site is suspended/deactivated
2. Your site is under scheduled maintenance. A maintenance window is a designated period of time during which we roll out changes that require some downtime. The maintenance window occurs daily between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m. in the timezone of the server of your Atlassian app.
