I am currently using the Jira Work Management as a free version and want to transfer to another organization. I go to start a support ticket but this is not an option. My company uses and has a licensed version of Jira Software and I want to transfer my free version to the company's account. It's worked great for my small team and need to build it out bigger.
Are you trying to migrate your free instance into your company's one? If so, have you considered using the new cloud-to-cloud migration?
