I'm using JIRA cloud and have set a post function in the workflow to require the user to select a resolution (Done, Won't Do, Duplicate, Cannot Reproduce) before closing an issue.
A box pops up with resolution as the required field, the user picks from the drop down, and then closes the issue.
The resolution that has been selected is somehow not being stored in the history - they're all being set as Unresolved.
Thanks for any help anyone can provide!
My post functions when stories change to closed:
The following will be processed after the transition occurs
I guess, you are on Cloud. Did you use the update issue field post function? If so, I am not sure how you got ther -1 value. I think you should remove the Resolution of the issue will be set to -1 post function and publish the workflow.
Thanks Alexey! That looks like it resolved it. I appreciate the help!

Can you tell me how you go this to work?

@Shiela Mehra
1. You have to remove the incorrect step to set Resolution to -1.
2. Add screen to the transition where you set the resolution manually:
I have a screen called "Resolve Issue Screen"
