Invoke issue collector code from a SharePoint page

How to invoke the issue collector code from a SharePoint page web part?

I have tried embedding the issue collector code in a flat file and saved it as HTML document (,htm) file then uploaded it to the Share Point site folder. On the SharePoint web page, there is a image with a text overlay, where I have edited the image web part then included the full link pointing to the exact location of the uploaded issue collector .html file followed by publishing the changes.

When I click on the image in this SharePoint web page, a prompt window pops-out and waits for user input to save the .htm file in your desired location, which is not an expected result, rather displaying the actual issue collector form. Any expert suggestion on how to get this one working?

@VVC Was able to resolve by enabling scripting on the SharePoint Site URL (this is from my SharePoint IT person).

Next, save the HTML script from the Jira Collector to a text file and change the filename extension to .aspx .

Put this file on the sharepoint site. I put here: https://xxx.sharepoint.com/sites/SITENAME/SiteAssets/filename.aspx

Then, on the SharePoint page, insert an Embed item and paste the URL to the .aspx file in the "Website address or embed code" box.
