How to get CWD_USER.UPDATED_DATE by API ?

Hi,

As part of a campaign to anonymise inactive users, I'm looking to get the date on which users changed their status.

This is stored in CWD_USER.UPDATED_DATE, so I'm looking for a way to retrieve the information via an API.

Apparently it's possible on Jira Cloud with /api/3/user?username= but I haven't found anything similar on Jira Data Center.

Do you have any ideas or advice?

Given the lack of solutions, I decided to develop a plugin to expose an endpoint that would allow access to this data.
