I have been trying to add a company logo image to the customer notification emails in service desk project settings. For the life of me, I cannot get it to work. I have followed the formatting guide in this section as well.
Is this even possible in cloud?
Very similar to this ticket but for cloud.

Even tried the suggested work around in the above ticket.
Nevermind. Solved.
Used https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-desk-cloud/docs/change-the-look-and-feel-of-customer-notifications/
and linked to the image url used for the portal logo.
