Generating trial license fails

Hello,

I am trying to generate a new trial license to quickly test one of our plugins and I get this error: 

Can you please help me understand why is this happening?

A small note: we have a running server with version 11.3.3.

Atlassian stopped self-serve generation of Atlassian-owned Data Center trial licenses from my.atlassian.com as of March 30, 2026.

For a new Jira Data Center trial, Atlassian says you need to request it through Purchasing & Licensing → Product trials → Trial a new product → Need more help

PS: That not affect 3-party Apps
