We are looking for a Field Service Management solution based on Jira. The idea is to be able to easily plan Jira tickets from the support Queue and make it available in the field engineer's agenda. Here are a list of requirements :

I’ve been using Field Service Software IO alongside Jira, and it really helped me stay on top of technician scheduling and tracking service requests without needing tons of custom setup. It plugs in easily with Jira's workflows, so I didn’t need to change much to get things working. The ticket creation and dispatch process became way smoother for our support team after switching.
