After upgrading jira to , scroll bran is not working for backlog view screen

Hello Team,

We have done the upgrade our jira (Data Center instance) from v9.4.21 to v10.3.4.

The scrollbar on backlog view is not moving even if we moving the issues to top or bottom

this feature working fine in our PROD-instance

could you please see the picture attached.

If you have discovered what can be a potential bug in Jira, the suggestion here is to report it on the Jira bug tracking platform https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER for the Data Center edition.
