New: Put your coding agents to work with Jira Automation

GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code are now native action steps in Jira Automation

Set a trigger (when a build fails, a label is added, a status changes, on a schedule, etc.) and Jira invokes your coding agent automatically, with the full work item context passed before the session starts. Every run is logged in your audit trail and surfaces in the For You tab.

Teams are using this to patch vulnerabilities, clean up stale feature flags, generate test coverage, and triage bugs, all without manually kicking off a session.
