Need to setup Automation Rule for Time lapse between status Change

I need to create Automation Rule for 1st Status Change

For Example : Time taken from Story status change from To Do ---> In Progress to calculate the SLA.

Unless I am missing something, you should already be able to do that by simply setting an SLA.
