Starting last week (maybe early this week? time is so fluid), when I click the Reported Issues button after hovering over a Reporter's name to find their prior submitted tix, the usual pop-up window does not open. Instead the Reporter field becomes the focus and shows all available options as if I want to change the reporter.
Chrome is my default browser -- this feature *does* still work in Firefox, so hopefully, it's a quick fix from the devs.
This is a realllllly useful feature, and I hope it comes back soon to Chrome.

The issue that you are facing is a known bug that affects only Chrome.
Please, click on “This affects my team” and also watch so you will be notified when the bug is fixed.
For now, the workaround is to use another browser or go directly to the project and on Customers click on “View open” or “View closed” or either searching using JQL on Filters > Advanced search.

Thank you @Angélica Luz ! I was out of office last week, and today there seems to be a fix that has made this function work again in Chrome. I still have visited the link you provided and clicked "This affect my team" in case there are further updates.
