Ability to control notification frequency for all requests

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I get emails for each message across all requests. Currently, I can only turn off notification by each request. It's good get a mail once a week or a digest of 25 messages etc like in Google groups (normal user, not administrator)

Hi @Yevhen Pukha,

It depends whether you receive those notifications as a customer from the portable (you should normally receive only notifications there for requests you created yourself or requests that are shared with you) or as an internal employee.

If the notifications are sent to you in your role as a customer, then - unfortunately - the requests cannot be grouped into a digest email. However, if you receive them as an agent, notifications can be batched and sent periodically.
