Looks great!

Can the Summary Page filter by all types of fields, including those linked to Assets?

@Matthew Challenger  Could you elaborate a bit more on your use case regarding Assets in Summary page?

@Manas Shukla We could use Assets related data shown on the Summary page.
I'm abstracting a bit here, but we basically have an Assets schema with a structure of:

  • Hardware devices (abstract)
    • Windows devices (abstract)
      • Windows Laptops
        • laptop 1
        • laptop 2
        • laptop 3
        • ...
      • Windows Desktops
        • desktop 1
        • desktop 2
        • desktop 3
        • ...

In tandem with an automation rule that adds/removes a reporters hardware devices from an Assets field when appropriate means we have a lot of tickets with Assets objects on them.

Having a summary of "Amount of Windows Laptop tickets during the last 30 days", for example, would be very helpful.

The mix of prebuilt templates and build-your-own options should make it much easier for teams to surface the insights they care about. The AI-powered chart insights are a nice touch too for spotting trends faster. Excited to see how this evolves during the EAP
