📣 Expression of Interest: Closed Beta for JSM Config Promotion

Hi everyone! 👋

We’re excited to announce that we are preparing a Closed Beta for Jira Service Management Sandbox Config Promotion, enabling you to safely deploy configuration changes from your sandbox to production (or from sandbox to a higher sandbox) for key JSM entities.

As part of this early program, we’re looking for admins who’d like to test and give feedback on the following supported entities:

• Request Types

• Forms

• Assets

• Automation Rules

This work follows the same foundation as the Jira Sandbox Config Deployment feature announced here:
