There is no table option in the description of a request in jira service desk v8.20.13

I have a Jira Service Desk Portal. When the customers write a new request, they want to give a table in the description. However, there is no option for a table in the bar. I Jira Cloud there is as you can see in the picture below. I use Jira Service Service Desk on a local Server v8.20.13. Does the Table option come in the newer versions?
