Default view for Team Calendar on Wiki page

Using the Team Calendar Macro under Confluence 4.0 does not give the option to set the default view, to Month for example. Is there a way to do this?

Additionally, once the calendar is on the page in a Day view, how does one change views to week, month, etc.

Regarding swtching views once it's embedded, that is a feature request we have raised: https://studio.plugins.atlassian.com/browse/TEAMCAL-384

The macro did not include the field to select a default view. This was due to a Confluence 4.x incompatible plugin. By disabling other plugins, the Team Calendar started working as expected.
