How can i create a tooltip in confluence online?

Hello,

I have searched for almost 1 hour and I cannot seem to find any solution for my question.

I need to create a small tooltip that will be displayed when I hover over something like text.

It needs to look like something like this:

I am using confluence online (not the self hosted version)

Search for CONFCLOUD-55014 (it is not allowed to include links in comments).

Just wondering if 'tooltips' are available now in confluence? This is 2022 !!
