We are setting up a collaboration governance in order to help our users to chose the right tool for their use case.
One question we face is when should we suggest to our users to use Confluence or Office ?
When is it better to collaborate on a Office file stored in a Teams chanel or in a Confluence space for their team or project ?
Do you have such issue to define a governance UseCase/Solution with these kind of tools overlapping and usually managed by different teams ?
We actually let the project or team decide on their own. But in most cases, if they are using Jira for tracking tickets, we would also provide them with confluence.
