E4 Approval responsibility change

Question

Hi All,

I would like to change the E4 responsible for approving the permissions for new users to Confluence group.

My E4 responsible got changed, But still the requests are going to old colleague.

How i can change the E4 approval to a new colleague ?

Sounds like an internal issue - contact your internal IT Support team for help (or whoever is your Jira/Confluence/Atlassian Admin).

Hi,  for Confluence which i have created, to add new users to the Confluence page there is approval of Manager required, I would to change the responsible Manager who approves the new User addition.

Is this some thing you can help ,

Not sure what you mean by E4 Approval - can you expand on this? Is this an internal field or process specific to your company?

If yes - I'd contact your internal Jira Admin, which might be your IT Team or Support Team - as this is Atlassian's public forum and we won't know what this is!
