We’re excited to be launching our new Rovo Teamwork Agent, the Meeting Insights Reporter. Fast-track your catch-ups by getting information you need from your meetings in seconds. This agent is available to all Confluence Standard, Premium, and Enterprise users who have access to Rovo and are using Loom with an Atlassian account.

The perfect sidekick to Loom’s AI-powered meeting notes

This agent pairs seamlessly with Loom’s AI-powered meeting notes, a feature that connects Confluence and Loom to help you automatically capture and share meeting information. AI-powered meeting notes automates your notetaking – instead of scrambling to take notes or relying on memory, Loom records your meeting and generates an organized summary in Confluence. A clear recap with action items, highlights, and a full transcript is sent to you and every meeting invitee, ensuring everyone is able to quickly catch up.

What the Meeting Insights Reporter agent does

The Meeting Insights Reporter agent searches your AI-powered meeting transcripts and notes to provide precise context – helping you prioritize, align, and stay informed. Unlock insights from your meetings, quickly catch up on missed discussions, and recall key decisions.

Heading out of office or missing any meetings because of scheduling conflicts? No problem! The Meeting Insights Reporter is like your personal assistant to get updates and action items from your meetings while you're away. Get answers to questions you have about a specific meeting or across multiple meetings. You can even ask the agent about conversations you’ve had with specific team members by @ mentioning them.

How it works

If you have access to Rovo, simply click on the Rovo Chat icon on the top right side of your screen, head to the “Browse Agents” section, then find the “Meeting Insights Reporter” agent. Use pre-populated prompts such as “Summarize my meetings from this week,” or type in any question in the chat box to get started. You can also directly chat with the Meeting Insights Reporter agent here.
