how can I access my bitbucket account since my 2FA setup in my phone is gone since it was broken? Now Bitbucket account asking me for a recovery code but I can't. Can you help to retrieve my account using my phone number or my email account that has been registered to it?

Hi Cassandra and welcome to the community!

On the screen where you are asked to provide a 2FA code, there is a link Forgot code? that you can use to request a 2FA recovery email. The 2FA recovery email is sent approximately 24 hours after you requested it, and it will have a link that will allow you to disable 2FA.

I can see in our system that you have requested a 2FA recovery email several times. The last recovery email was sent to your email address yesterday. Can you please confirm if you have received it?
