I recently experienced an account cancellation due to a payment issue. I have already updated my billing information and the payment method is now correct. However, my workspace [REDACTED] no longer appears in my account and I am unable to access it.
This workspace contained important company repositories and it is critical for our operations. I kindly request your assistance to help restore access or guide me on how to recover it as soon as possible.

I can assure you that the workspace you've mentioned still exists. We would not delete workspaces with data in them for any reason in accordance with our policies concerning the protection of user-generated content.
I've checked the workspace you've mentioned and can see that you are a member of it. You might not be seeing the workspace if there is a different default workspace loaded - you can view your list of workspaces at the following link (or by clicking your avatar and selecting All Workspaces):
