Unable to login with Gmail

Hi,

I haven't use Bitbucket for a while. But today a friend would like me to help on repo he use on Bitbucket. I try to login but cannot. I've tried all browsers.

Hi Richard and welcome to the community!

I checked in our system the Bitbucket Cloud account associated with your email address and I saw that it was in a dormant state. I believe this is the reason why you couldn't log in.

I reactivated your account just now. Could you please try logging in when you have some time, and let me know if the issue is resolved?
