Unable to leave workspace

Hello,

I am trying to leave a workspace but I am receiving the following error:

The workspace I would like to leave starts with "pk". Also the same error is shown when I login to my account. Is something I can do in order to leave that workspace?

I tried syncing the permissions of your user and the workspace among our systems, can you please try leaving the workspace one more time now?

You can open this page https://bitbucket.org/account/workspaces and then select Leave next to the workspace.

Please let me know if you're still experiencing issues.

Hello Theodora,

Unfortunately the error persists.

In case it matters my account was initially created from an invitation I received from this workspace. I also have access to Jira and Confluence and I do not want to loose access to these products in any case.

The main reason I want to leave this workspace (from bitbucket only) is because when I login I am redirected to that workspace which leads to the error already mentioned. If somehow this redirection can be altered then I prefer this to be my personal workspace.

When you log in to Bitbucket, you get redirected to the last workspace you accessed, excluding your personal workspace. I'm afraid that it is not possible to set a different default workspace at the moment. We do have a request in our issue tracker that you can vote for and watch: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-22561. In the meantime, you could add a bookmark on your browser for your personal workspace, for easier navigation.

I can remove your user account from this workspace if you give me permission since the Leave button doesn't seem to work. This will not affect your access to Jira and Confluence. Please keep in mind that I will not be able to add you back to this Bitbucket workspace later if you change your mind. I'm not sure though if this is going to affect the workspace you get redirected to when you log in, since this is still the last workspace you accessed (excluding your personal one).

I am sorry for my late reply.

I believe the best decision for me right now is to leave everything as is.

It is although helpful for me that I am redirected to last accessed workspace excluding my personal one. A bookmark will do the job for now.
