I am writing regarding a recent payment issue on my Bitbucket Standard plan.
I recently switched my plan from Free to Standard. Following this change, a charge of $10.00 appeared on my credit card statement.
However, I am facing two issues:
Missing Invoice: I cannot find the invoice corresponding to this specific $10.00 charge in the admin.atlassian.com billing history. The latest invoice is not visible.
Amount Clarification: My "Plan Details" page shows a monthly cost of $18.25, but I was charged $10.00. I assume this is a prorated amount, but since I cannot see the invoice, I cannot verify the breakdown.
