You can track your build minutes by:

  1. Clicking on your profile picture on the top right of Bitbucket
  2. Select 'Bitbucket Settings'
  3. Scroll down and select 'Usage' under 'Bitbucket Pipelines'

Only the user, or admins of the team, that installed Bitbucket Pipelines can see the usage.
