Push failed Error message

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

We are getting the following error message:

remote: ********************************************************************************
remote: [ALERT] Your push failed because the account 'quickbusteam' has exceeded its
remote: [ALERT] user limit and this repository is restricted to read-only access.
remote: [ALERT] Change your plan to restore write access:

 

We arent aware of any changes to our plan recently so unsure why we are suddenly getting these messages.

Hi Spencer,

I can see that your workspace has been downgraded to Free due to an issue with the payment method - as you have 6 members present on your workspace, this exceeds the 5-user limit for Free.

I would suggest following our article below to resolve this issue:
