We are getting the following error message:

We arent aware of any changes to our plan recently so unsure why we are suddenly getting these messages.

I can see that your workspace has been downgraded to Free due to an issue with the payment method - as you have 6 members present on your workspace, this exceeds the 5-user limit for Free.
