Pull request reminder notifications

We'd like to setup an automatic email notification that will automatically email reviewers that they have a Bitbucket peer review (pull request) that they have not responded to.

The email notification should go out if there has been no response (comments) after 3 days.

After the 4th day, and still no response, an email would be sent to the appropriate manager.

Hello Joe,

The functionality you’re looking for within Bitbucket server is not built into the product and will require an add-on to achieve. Default notification will either be triggered in batches or immediately. More about the default pull request notifications may be found at Pull request notifications.

For the add-on functionality, we would suggest reviewing the marketplace to see if any add-ons suite your requirements. Here is a preset search for Atlassian Marketplace | Pull Request review.
