Hi,
The truth is that I am quite annoyed, because because of this incident has cost me a discussion with the team. A member of the firmware team, creates a PR... the pipeline fails (this is not the problem) writes me a comment on the PR.
From DevOps we monitor the status of all our pipelines with a custom tool. I realized almost instantly that it had failed and posted a comment in the PR attaching the compilation logs.
This is unacceptable, I still don't see the comment my colleague made even a day later ! I need someone from Atlassian team to review this case and if more customers is happening to them, I can't trust the platform, strongly thinking to move all our repositories to another solution !!!!
This was yesterday... why aren't the comments synchronized? it's been a day since you made the comment !
PD: I have already asked him if the message is in draft, and he says no, it has been sent.
EDIT: I just realized that they are in PENDING waiting to finish the review. MEA CULPA.
@Felipe Rodriguez Isn't this possible that you can't see that comment because the "Finish review" button was not clicked yet?!
