Not receiving email notifications from BitBucket

I am trying to send an invite to add new user to workspace, and he is not receiving an invite. Could you please check this up?

Hi Kristaps,

I have checked our SMTP logs and have not found any bounce errors from the mail server for that user. Please cancel and re-send the invitation again, we have further troubleshooting tips in our article below:
