Azure DevOps has a top level grouping object called an "Organization", which is basically like "Company Name", and from there you can add projects to that Org, such as "Project A", "Project B", and each project can have its own list of repos dedicated to that project.
It seems like BitBucket doesn't have a concept of Organization, and rather it goes right to the workspace, which is like a Project, and then each workspace has its own repos.
We already have Jira, but would like user management to be global for all Atlassian stuff, but is BitBucket on its own? I can invite users with any email address, not just ones specific to my company. I can create new workspaces that have no relationship to other workspaces, such as for user management. Am I missing something here?
