I need to reset Bitbucket 2FA because I changed my phone.
When I request a 2FA reset I receive the email after 24 hours, but the reset only occurs for the Atlassian account, when I log into Bitbucket another 2FA is requested.
I need to access it urgently because it impacts my work. Can you help me?

2FA can be enabled at both the Atlassian Account level, and the Bitbucket Cloud level - so there's a chance you needed to reset both and this is why you needed to repeat the process twice, we have an article on this below:
