How to lock the release branch using API

Hi,

We want to lock the release branch once it is deployed to production and no user should have access to make changes. Is there any bitbucket API to lock the release branch?

Please suggest.

Hi @Kube Net ,

You can use the branch restrictions APIs to achieve this.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

I tried with GET but got the below error. As I didn't have the token to use, I used the app password.

Error: Exceeded maxRedirects. Probably stuck in a redirect loop.
