Hello!
I recently had a user show as "DEACTIVATED" without me doing anything to their account. I have tried to remove/re-add them but haven't had much success. I do not see them under "User and groups" as well.
I went to the admin portal but no products are there because we have the Free version. The domain isn't added either. Do I need to add the domain and verify to fix this?
I have checked everywhere but cannot seem to find a solution.

Checking for the workspace you shared I was able to find one user that is with the account currently in the deactivated status.
The user should have received the following email :
We are contacting you to let you know that Atlassian is winding down its operations in Russia and Belarus, and our records identify you are using Atlassian's no-charge product(s) within these identified regions. As such, this email constitutes notice that, in accordance with our Cloud Terms of Service, we will terminate your Atlassian account in 30 days.
We understand this is difficult news and we know that you are operating in a country waging a war you may neither support nor have the ability to stop. However, due to implementation of laws compelling all Russian businesses to support the invasion of Ukraine, we have made the difficult decision to wind down operations in these markets.
If you believe the user has received this message in error, please contact our customer support team.
