I am setting up two step verification but I cannot receive verification email. I checked all the mailbox (include junk email box) but still cannot find it. I searched in the community and some members encountered the same issue with the email blocked and resloved by Atlassian team before.
Please anyone help on this.

I checked our email logs and our emails were bounced with the error message:
554 5.7.1 [internal] recipient address was suppressed due to customer policy
This may occur in one of the following cases:
I went ahead and removed your email address from our suppression list. Can you please try setting up 2FA again?
You need to do the setup one more time, as the emails we sent previously were dropped.
