Cannot publish to Apple Store while App Center is down

For the past two days there has been this announcement:

"App Center is experiencing issues with Bitbucket authentication. We apologize for the inconvenience while we work to resolve this issue."

Until this is resolved we cannot access bitbucket repository as code source, which prevents us from publishing to the Apple App Store. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue and what is a workaround?
