Can I access a repo's IP allowlist settings via the Bitbucket API?

Question

According to bitbucket users with the premium plan can set up an IP allowlist for their repo, works with subnets and individual IP addresses.
I looked in the API docs but didn't find much, was wondering if it's possible to get that information via the API? some get request that shows if that setting is at the very least configured, not necessarily the actual IPs
