Buenos días, hemos subrogado la sociedad Klikair que actualmente tiene cuenta creada con ustedes. Necesitamos cambiar el nombre de la cuenta a nuestra sociedad para que empiecen a facturarnos a nosotros. ¿Cómo lo podemos realizar? gracias

If I understand correctly, you want to make some changes on a certain account. You also created a support ticket with our Customer Advocate team for this issue.
The current owner/admin of the account needs to open a ticket with us to request the change and they also need to include in their message a) which product they want to make this change for (e.g. Bitbucket, Jira or something else) b) the URL of the product and c) what exact change they want to make.
If you are already an admin, please provide in the support ticket the above info. If you are not an admin, you need to ask the person who is to create a ticket via https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and request the change. We cannot make any changes when the request doesn't come from the owner/admin.
