Need to create a project using Automation

Hello Team, 
We need to create an automation rule where we can a project by selecting the blank project or from the template we can create the project on that
It should have all the request types forms etc 
so that it is easy and convienient.

As we are creating the project based on the shared settings 
we need to copy all this things  and all the request types etc 

But in summary menu - work types, priorites, workflows screens fields should be copied and automatically edited with the name of project which is getting created using automation.

Request Types can't be copied.

You are creating a project based on shared settings, so it will use the screen used from the copied project, these can't be re-name automatically.

Also why should you as the projects are identical, making changes on the shared schemes will make the changes on both projects.
