Hi All
I am trying to figure out a way to automatically assign tickets using specific time slots.. I have played around with a bunch of conditions and it seems there are to many solutions out there. The one that seems to work is the following
When : Issue gets created > Created before 3pm African Time it gets assigned to user x
That works fine
However when I try to add another component to the same rule for anything created after 3pm it does not seems to assign the request automatically...
It gets left in the unassigned queue
For reference - Field > Created > Condition is before > Specific time 3:00 pm - works fine
- Filed > Created > Condition is after > Specific time 3:00 pm - does not work
Am i missing something?
