💡 Pro Tips 

• The Automation Audit: Use this month to audit your Jira workflow transitions. If a transition requires five fields to be manually updated, ask: "Can we automate this?" Small friction wins save hours over the month.

• Build a Champion Network: Don't let all the knowledge sit with the admins. Pick one person in each department to be a "Cloud Champion" and encourage them to attend these sessions to reduce admin overhead.

• Out with the old: Use March to archive old Confluence pages and Jira projects that haven't been touched in over a year. I recommend using automations! A cleaner workspace leads to much better experience for everyone.
