Jira Issue search using Atlassian Intelligence

Just a bit of feedback.  All new features take awhile to dial in.

My prompt was (I thought) pretty straightforward:

stories that I moved to "test-ready" in 2023

The generated JQL was:

issueType = "story" // so far so good

and project = "test" // nope, don't even have a project by that name

and statusCategory = "In Progress" // nope, didn't say I wanted only in-progress

and assignee = currentUser() // good

and (created >= "2023/01/01" AND created < "2024/01/01") // close but not quite

and status = "test-ready" // nope, didn't say I wanted only stories still in this state

Atlassian Intelligence sounds like it might be a neat idea one day, but whenever I try to actually use it at work, it produces nothing I can use, so now it's just an extra button that I ignore.

By the time it "gets good" I'll be highly trained to ignore it, so I won't know that it's gotten good.

I also noticed that Atlassian Intelligence isn't really intelligent yet when it comes to generating JQL queries. It seems a general NLP model is used, which doesn't have much JQL (or other relational query language) knowledge.
