I’ve run into a bug with the Atlassian Community platform itself—specifically, my name is displaying incorrectly ("Melisa K_ Savich" instead of the correct "Melisa K. Savich").
I already posted about the name issue here on Community, and I was told to contact support.
However, when I go to the Atlassian support portal, there’s no option to report issues with the Atlassian Community site itself. It assumes I’m looking for product support (Jira, Confluence, etc.)—not bugs on the Community platform.
So now I’m stuck in a loop:
Can someone from Atlassian please clarify the correct path for reporting bugs with the Community site itself? Whether it’s a support ticket category, a feedback form, or something else—just need a way to escalate Community-specific issues when they arise.
