No way to report Atlassian Community bugs?

Hi team,

I’ve run into a bug with the Atlassian Community platform itself—specifically, my name is displaying incorrectly ("Melisa K_ Savich" instead of the correct "Melisa K. Savich").

I already posted about the name issue here on Community, and I was told to contact support.

However, when I go to the Atlassian support portal, there’s no option to report issues with the Atlassian Community site itself. It assumes I’m looking for product support (Jira, Confluence, etc.)—not bugs on the Community platform.

So now I’m stuck in a loop:

• Community tells me to go to support
• Support doesn’t let me report Community issues

Can someone from Atlassian please clarify the correct path for reporting bugs with the Community site itself? Whether it’s a support ticket category, a feedback form, or something else—just need a way to escalate Community-specific issues when they arise.

Yes, and...to the ideas from Amanda:

Since the last community re-organization to change where one may create questions versus discussions versus articles, I have used this approach:

• for an apparent defect, I find the article for the latest community release notes at the list below, adding a comment with a mention to the author, and I find them quite responsive: https://community.atlassian.com/forums/tag/community-release-notes/tg-p
• for a suggestion to improve the community, please create an article to solicit input in the community water cooler or contests groups:
